The Trinity Mortgage LLC Team was awesome, continuously in communication with us thru the whole process. We had a bump... in the road with seller's wanting to back out of the contract, Ms. Chanilia and her team said we will continue moving forward with our process till the finish. Ms. Chanilia said " I am PRAYING 🙏 for y'all" and will make contact with Title co." which very seldom is heard from the lender. As soon as my wife and I saw Trinity mortgage's mission statement we know we had to try one last time as we were on our... last leg, desperate more or less as previous lenders gave us no hope and kept insisting that we may have had to wait 2 additional years before being able to finally purchase my new home.
